Dos estudiantes fallecieron el lunes y m谩s de 30 resultaron heridos durante las protestas por el cierre de RCTV en la ciudad de M茅rida (occidente), donde violentas manifestaciones de partidarios y detractores de la medida se enfrentaron con palos y pistolas.

El ministro del Interior, Tarek el Aissami, se帽al贸 que un joven de 15 a帽os, simpatizante del Gobierno, fue asesinado, en lo que el ministro calific贸 de emboscada. Adem谩s, hay nueve funcionarios heridos.

Otro estudiante falleci贸 por tres heridas de bala cuando un grupo atac贸 a numerosos j贸venes opositores que protestaban contra el cierre de RCTV, inform贸 el canal de noticias Globovisi贸n.

En todo el estado M茅rida fueron suspendidas las clases de educaci贸n b谩sica y secundaria durante este martes. El rector de la Universidad de Los Andes, Mario Bonucci, suspendi贸 tambi茅n las actividades acad茅micas y administrativas hasta nuevo aviso.
