The Mexican army captured three member of the Zetas drug cartel, among them the third leader of the criminal organization, Carlos Oliva Castillo, 37 aka "El Rana", was identified as the cartel's chief in the north, he is also accused to order the attack in the Casino Royale where 52 people were killed.
