We believe that enemies of democracy are remarkably sensitive to the public eye, especially groups in their initial stages of formation.
We believe that exposing these groups and their intentions is oftentimes enough to disband them.
We believe that being well informed allows us to organize ourselves to request the governmental actions that are necessary to stop these groups before they harm democratic societies.
We believe that those who have attempted coups -whether successfully or not- have always tried to take advantage of pre-existing internal political or economic crises.
We believe that the perpetrators try to create sufficient chaos in the civilian population to convince civilians to demand the reestablishment of Law, Order, Justice and Equality, which will allow the instigators (oftentimes the government itself) to establish a form of dictatorship. This is generally accomplished through government overreactions that reverse laws that protect liberty and freedom of expression and assembly and, once those laws are reversed, to impose new civil and military laws which give them the power to turn down democratic institutions in order to perpetuate their control of the country.
